A pre-authorization of $200 NZD will be charged to the credit card upon arrival. A valid credit card and valid form of photo ID is required to accept the booking on check-In.

All rooms and public areas are 100% smoke free. We have designated smoking areas available on the property which out team can direct guests to. 

Free non secure parking spaces are available on site. These are subject to availability as we do not allocate parking. If no spaces are available on your arrival out team will direct you to the nearest parking.

No. The closest electric car charger is located across the road at the Warehouse.

Yes. We have one conference venue onsite. Our team will be happy to discuss your options.

Only for working support dogs. Please not support documents may be required on check-In

No. Our team can however organise taxi's for pick up's or drop off's 

No. It is only tempered to about 23-24 degrees 

We have a zero noise policy after 9.30pm. Any disturbance may result in security being called therefore inuring fees  

Yes. We have 1 guest washing machine & 1 guest dryer. 

The only room type where the bedding can be changed is the "2 Bedroom apartment" all other rooms are set & cannot be changed.
